I ordered a 3-DVD set and instead got a music CD of Jeff Beck Live! I went online to find out what happened and the site said there was no record of my order.

I was worried abit first ordering from them, but they answered all questions respectfully, so i placed a order and it cam in perfect condition! I recommend this site for great deals. Now to see how they handle a action figure pre order :p

Simply put, they sell what they don't have. I preordered an item and when it was due for release they changed my order to back order. They didn't have the product and couldn't tel me when it would arrive. They did say they would automatically cancel my order after five weeks. Calls and e-mails to customer service went mostly unanswered until I went to cancel the order. I had to pay more money for the item from another distributor that I should've went with in the first place. I'll never do business with them again simply for the fact that several customer service reps could not be bothered to contact me. Clearly, they have systemic problems with customer service.

I've been ordering from them forlike 2 yrs now. They're prices are amazing. They ship beautifully and the items are always in perfect condition. I'll always order frim them . They take great care in their orders obviously 😊😊❤️

MM 10 disc collection of some of her best movies. I bought this for $21.00 on this site. Best purchase ever. Made in Korea. The sleeves the disc's are in are amazing. Heavy paper with plastic intertwined. Just perfect

Haven't bought a halo megabloks set for a decade, as they don't sell them in my country anymore. But deepdiscount made it possible to get my hands on a set i was looking forward to for retail price, that includes shipping! Other websites would be asking 45$ shipping, but deepdiscount offered a very good price. Very happy about this company!

Bought a box set 3 months ago. After item released on June 10th. They never shipped item. They claim they cancelled the order 3 months ago, but kept the money and never refused.

They belong in jail.

Placed a preorder item. Would expect it to come new but was missing items, was clearly used, and no paperwork. Buyer beware. The few times I stray from Amazon I always regret it.

When I first placed the order, their system said the items I bought were all In Stock. They only fulfilled part of my order, so I called to find out the status of what was still missing, just to be told that item is now on backorder.

I advised the representative on the phone to keep it on backorder in the event they could procure the item. A few hours later, they email me to say they are cancelling the order, which I did not request when I called earlier in the day.

They have very poor communication with their customers as they provide incorrect information on their website and then refuse to heed one's request to keep an item on backorder.

Because of their ineptness and blatant disregard for customer service, it wound up costing me over $40.00 more for the same product that I could have gotten cheaper elsewhere if I would have known at the time I placed the order that they did not have this item on inventory.

I am a very loyal customer and they had zero consideration for the inconveniences which they caused me. They take absolutely no responsibility for errors which they create and could care less how they treat their customers. They truly are the epitome of apathy.

I ordered several Halo Megaconstrux sets, all of these orders sat there for months while being delayed multiple times before deepdiscount just canceled it without any reason or explanation, all I got was a "sorry we couldnt do it". Atleast I got my money back but I'm getting serious money laundering vibes from this company.
